Now we wait happily in line.

Jobe dashes into the boarding area without a ticket

We are at the train depot now. Jobe charged in ahead of all of us, bypassed the ticket counter, bypassed the ticket agent, ducked under the barrier and shot out to the train boarding area. His mother had to go chase him down. Then she made him sit down In the corner area while she got our tickets.

As I drive to catch the train, I pass the train

As I was about to leave Wasilla to join the older boys and their parents to ride the train to the fair in Palmer, I passed the train. I drove a few miles down the highway, pulled over to a side road and started to write this post. As I did, the train passed me. Here it is on the second pass.
