Course 2: French fries and ornery chefs

Course 2: One big boat of fries to share, served by brusk, unfriendly people. I walked away swearing I would never do business here again... but then I tasted the fries… So delicious!!! Just the kind of deliciousness a person goes to This five star restaurant to experience. And it is excusable and acceptable, perhaps even preferable, for the great chefs of the world to be temperamental and ornery.
